Musaic Vocal Ensemble and friends, invite you to sing with them and others globally on Sunday, September 21, the UN International Day of Peace. Zach Goerlitz will guide us through Oscar Peterson’s Hymn To Freedom and Dona Nobis Pacem, a single sweet line of music by Mozart meaning “give us peace” as choirs harmonize. We’ll gather just before 2 pm at Gyro Park in Penticton. Eighteen countries and 158 cities will stand up and sing that day, for something enormously important.
