Meet the singers
Discover the amazing people and events that have joined Sing for Unity.

The Akoustic Guitar groups meet with our director Andrew weekly. We connect as a community to learn guitar, sing, have fun and occasionally perform for small audiences such as residential care homes. We joined sing for Unity last year and it was a wonderful experience enjoyed by us all. Looking forward to this participating this year.

We are currently in the process of inviting other churches and singers to help us with the event. More information to come later

Our choir CantaBella will organize a singalong together with the city council of Turnhout (B) and let a warm wave of connection flow through our city, because we believe that there are few things more unifying than singing together. In 2025 we joined Sing for Unity and around 500 singers joined us singing 'what a wonderful world'. Turnhout will Sing For Unity again in 2026.

A combined Primary and Secondary choir of amateur singers.

Female Singer is a dedicated choir of women from Ebeltoft, Denmark. Female Singers is the choir behind Sing for Unity.

Giber Å Kulturdage arranges a Singing Walk along the Giber Creek, south of Aarhus, Denmark. We walk from the sea and approximately 8 km to a local manor. On the way we stop and sing Danish songs about nature, history and the time of the year. Besides our guide will tell us about the local history and the nature. We have a cup of coffee and a sandwich during the walk, and end up with singing the song: What a wonderful world at approximately 14.00.

We are a group of former Camp Fire Girls, friends singing and sharing since the 1960s.

We participated last year and created an event with 12 local choirs each singing a piece of their choice, along with communal community singing. We plan to do the same this year.

Now I can present the project: “Four Songs for Gaza,” with the songs “Write My Name,” “No Longer,” “20,000 Children Killed in Gaza,” and “Together.” My intention is to have these Four Songs for Gaza sung as much and as often as possible. That is why, in addition to the versions for mixed choir SATB, I also have versions for solo voice, for women's choir SSAA and men's choir TTBB, all with piano accompaniment.

May the beauty and power of this sound wave bring peace to all people.

After great success last year, we are keen to do it all again. Bringing together 4 local community choirs for an afternoon of song, and community connectedness. Let the wave of peace begin.

Tune In is a group singing project that caters for kids between 8 -16 years old. Tuition is provided in small groups, but we join together to create a dynamic choir that performs at local events. We are excited to perform again in 2026 after joining in the Sing4Unity movement in 2025!

We participated last year, just because it felt right. We - my husband and I - are not 'singers' or part of any choir, just 2 people who wish for peace. Like last year, we likely will be traveling during this event, but just like last year, we will stop and sing at 2, in whatever time zone we find ourselves. Thanks for organizing such a stunning event.

I’m hoping to get a group of local choirs together to perform a few songs each in a local church. Maybe a few schools too. Ending with the Wonderful World song sung together and tea and cake
